At Fitting in Fitness we have two programs our clients enter based on their goals! However, both programs are based on the three pillars of nutrition coaching, exercise programming, and accountability.

  • Our Flexible Metabolic Reset program is designed for those who have fat loss as their main goal.

    A lot of people can lose weight. However, a lot of people can’t keep it off. What most people don’t realize is that chronic dieting, not exercising, high levels of stress, and poor sleep is damaging their metabolism. With our scientifically backed, fad-free program we not only help clients lose 15-35 lbs in 90 days, but we actually increase our client’s metabolism so they can eat more and enjoy their life.

    We believe in a flexible lifestyle. That means not cutting out any foods. That means not spending endless hours in the gym. That means you can eat your dessert and have a drink. Our goal is sustainability.

    With our 90-day FMR program client’s not only change their bodies, but they keep it going for the rest of their lives.

  • Our Performance Elite program is designed for our clients with a little more experience whose goals focus more on muscle gain.

    In this intensive program, we focus on getting rid of stubborn fat and building muscle by optimizing metabolism and testosterone levels. We look for high end movers and people with experience tracking and prepping. That being said we still don’t look to cut out any foods and are looking to build a flexible lifestyle. Our goal is to be effective and efficient in and out of the gym.
